AUTOMATIC ROTARY SLOTTING MACHINE




DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS:




The feeding unit:




1.The machine applies advanced type vacuum suction auxiliary lead edge feeding system. Increase

 the feeding speed, decrease the phenomenon of blocking paperboard in the using of backkick 

feeding system.  




2.High pressure centrifugal fan auxiliary feeding, ensuring the smooth feeding 

of the bending cardboard. The blowing can be adjusted according to the different size of the 

cardboard in each section. Ensuring the biggest the vacuum suction , guarantee the stable feeding. 

Function of the supper thin feeding, ensuring the 2mm cardboard can feeding better. 




3. Front bar is adjusted manually .  Left bar and Right bar is electrically adjusted By screw. Right bar 

own the function of pneumatic flapping. Adjusting of the back bar ( left ,right, up and down) is manual,  

convenient ,  fast and precise.




4. Equipped with the the skip feeding function ensuring large sized cartons can be made.5. Back-paper holder frame with Electrical adjust.

THE SLOTTING UNIT: 




1. Axial and vertical movement of the knife seat and height of the carton are controled and 

adjusted by electricity.




2.  Interval is adjusted by high precise worm box with a range of 0-11mm. With 3 disk handle seat, convenient and swift.




3.Slotting Phase And Height Adjusting: Planetary gear structure;  Slotting phase applies PLC and 

touching screen control and electric digital adjusting with 3600 in both running and stop situation.




2.  Single axle and double knife slotted , height adjusting applies electrical adjusted by inner gear 

so that lubricating oil is not easy to pollute carton. And having an anti-collision protect device to make sure the machine will not be damaged.
